BrainBox – Return and Refund Policy

At BrainBox, we operate with integrity and precision. Our policies are designed to protect both our customers and our business. If there’s an issue, we address it promptly — within clearly defined parameters.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Product is unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • Product remains in its original packaging.
  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

Include: – Your order number – A clear description of the issue – Photos (if applicable)

We resolve issues quickly — but we require full, accurate information.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@brainbox.life with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will issue return instructions and a return address.
  3. Upon receipt and inspection, we will confirm approval or denial of the refund.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is incorrect or defective. Use a tracked delivery service; we are not responsible for lost returns.

Order Cancellations

Due to high-volume fulfillment, orders cannot be canceled or amended once placed.

If you no longer want the order: – Accept delivery, then initiate a return under the above policy. – If you refuse delivery or fail to collect from a pickup point, we will process a refund minus a £10 handling fee once the package is returned to us by the courier.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval. Processing times vary by bank.
