No-Show, Cancellation & Rescheduling Terms for Sleep Consultations with Dr. Virginia Mortimer
We understand that life happens. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients seeking better sleep, please review our policy below before booking your session.
We offer flexible rescheduling with advanced notice:
You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Rescheduling within 24 hours is not guaranteed and will be treated as a late cancellation (see below).
To reschedule, please use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly at support@brainbox.life.
More than 24 hours' notice:
You may cancel your appointment for a full refund or credit toward a future session.
Less than 24 hours' notice:
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for late cancellations due to the limited availability of slots.
Missed appointments (No-Shows):
If you do not attend your consultation and do not notify us in advance, the session will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations or no-shows limit our ability to offer support to others who may need it urgently.
